The apartments are in good condition and I can say this is a good place to live. The new management is good. I believe the new manager has been here for about 6 weeks and I can look at the difference. You can talk Luis and he has tried to help me and takes things in control and even follows up (you can talk to him!!!) which is what I think the apartments were lacking. Parking is good and if I have an issue or a malfuction it gets taken care of. I heard that no more dogs and cats are allowed which to me is a great thing!
