Very unhappy... washer and dryer units are terrible at washing clothes (usually takes two washes to get clothes clean) - I have had my clothes taken out, half done, by someone so they could get their load in. There is a MAJOR heat problem - the radiators are either off all night and day, or blazing heat for two hours straight, shutting down for ten hours, then turning back on. Generally, I'm walking two or three blocks past a bunch of double parked cars to my apartment, so forget about close parking. no sound insulation for the apartment doors - everything that happens in the hallway happens inside the apartment. Apartment is very noisy as it is on 17th and Washington... close to a ton of bars and places to eat with a lot of heavy traffic (something, I admit, I should have considered before moving in). Management has been horrible with tenant relations, they are slow moving at snow removal, and are not pleasant to deal with. Packages are just left in the entryway to the building... open to anyone who wants to take them. My mailbox opens with any key on my key ring and the overall condition of the building is terrible... the fixtures are half attached and the "refurbishments" they have done have bad workmanship. I do not recommed leasing with Triton Properties at all.
