One of the selling points of this apartment is that they pay for the air and heat. We have only had air may three weeks this summer, the response from management company and owners is that it is only 2 or 3 apartments that are affected. Which is not true it is the entire building. The management and owners just say it is working If air conditioning was repaired I would recommend living here

To say we have had air conditioning for 3 weeks this summer is being generous. Even when it is working it barely blows any air. You know as well as I that according to management there is no problem with the air conditioning. Yeah, right. It has been over 100 degrees outside for the past several days and no one in the management office cares. It is cooler outside on the patio than it is in my apartment. This place has gone from Denver's best kept secret to a miserable hot sauna. I cannot afford to go to a hotel like one of the on site staff who is no longer here recommended around July 4th when I complained about the air conditioning for about the 50th time. |
