I have lived at the WA 3 years now. I was here at the tail end of the "Jeremy" regime and thought he was a very nice man, he was very ill and never got around to dealing with any of my apartment "issues". I have not had any problems with the current manager and have always found her to be polite and attentive to my needs. I have been reading the reviews and feel that I must say something. I have only had to have my drain cleared once and have not had any other work done in my apartment(except when I first moved in). It runs very effiecient for me and my girls. The office is always open and I have had packages and certified mail accepted for me without any problems. If I had a problem with rent I was referred to the Property Manager and we always came to an amicable solution. I don't just whine about my problems, I get with the decision makers and work things out. My time is too valuable to just whine about a situation- I like results! I follow the rules and have to put up with those that don't. I listen to some people in the building constantly complain about the manager but the are not very happy people and complain about a multitude of things and everything. I haven't had any issues with the air conditioning or with the heat. I don't have issues with the noise (or lack of), I don't have issues with my neighbors-I can be as friendly with them as I want without feeling that I'm neglecting them if I haven't spoken to them in weeks. I like the fact that we have 2 parties a year where the residents get together so they can see who does live in the building. I realize that this is hard work putting these events together and I thank the manager for doing so. I like most of the people here and respect the management. They have always treated me with respect and courteously. No one has ever yelled at me or hung up the phone on me. Considering the manager has to deal with a "whole lotta Prima Donna's", I think she does a fine job. She is actually one of the reasons I continue to live here. This is our home and we want to continue to live her until the girls are out of school. Whenever we have a problem, we run to the manager-she has always made sure everything is running smooth for us. But most of all, we can afford to live anywhere WE CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE!

Reviewer has obviously not read the multi page tirade out lining everything that is NOT the job of the manager. It is actually entertaining reading. The original version of this document was better, but even the manager realized how inappropriate it was. Check out the “kinder gentler” version before you sign a lease. It is on the bulletin board by the mail boxes. Once you are fully informed, then CHOOSE if you want to invest in moving here. Not everyone has unlimited funds and can afford to pick up and move at will. CHOOSE carefully.
