You can find a better place at a better price with better amenities elsewhere. Few people stay there more than one year any more. Don't add stress to your life finding out why.

If you are looking for amenities such as a pool, hot tub or movie theater, you are right, this isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for respectable neighbors and peace and quiet, large closets and a lot of them, huge living space and balcony space, then this is the place. I have been here upwards of 6 years now, I don't recall anyone living here only a year except for a young woman that graduated from college and took a job offer on the East coast. Over half the people here have lived here longer than I have. Most of the students stay until they finish their graduate studies then move in a couple to 3 years, some have stayed even longer. I bet if you went to the office and asked for the information regarding the length of stay, you will find in 40 years, probably 1 person.
