Security Deposit is an eyewash

Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2004-01-01

They take the money and use it to claim maintenance charges and thats not it. They ask for more. I was asked to pay whopping 400$ even after staying 4 years. They used the regular wear and tear such as cleaning and countertops and charged them to me inspite of our cleaning the home before moving out. I would give a thumbs down.
