Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I have lived there for over a year and will renew after my two year lease is up. What do you expect for under $750 a month for a two bedroom 1100 sq.ft. apartment' The appliances are outdated, but they work and having an oversize washer/dryer in the unit is great. The fireplace is nice to have and the super fixes things right away. I have more than enough closet space. The only thing I don't like is the wooden floors on the balconies. They are awful. But the staff is nice, it is quiet, and the grounds are well kept. It's not the Taj Mahal, but it's good value for the money. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
