I am a current resident. The staff is usually friendly and respond quickly to maintenance items. I had a neighbor who was loud almost all the time and was told "they only get to have 3 complaints." I made more than that and was told "we cannot do anything at this point; call the police." Other than this, a nice place to live. Since the rent recently went up again, I would like to see something for my money like better lighting at night.
