I have lived here for about 6 years total now. Started in a small 1 bedroom for 3 years, was great, nice and quiet but that is expected when you are on the 3rd floor with no units on either side of you. Moved to a larger 1 bedroom across the complex and lived in it for 2 years. There was no issues. Decided to expand into a 2 bedroom in the same building on the 3rd floor where it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since.

I have had to call the police on the neighbors below me and next to me more than once this week alone. They have girlfriends that come over and pound on their doors and scream until they are let in, then they fight and scream in the unit until the cops come. This can happen any time of day, today it was 5:30pm, last weekend 11pm. When the fighting started today....6 girls and a boy (none of which could have been over 16 years old) all came storming out of the unit, the girls chased the male down to his car and smashed out his car window. He sped off leaving glass all over the parking area and then they took off.

This is pretty regular now, and that combined with non-payment notices on at least 3 doors near my unit at the beginning of each month is really ghetto. I can't believe how fast this place went to total ----.
