Hi,
It's been a long time for us living here and each day we accuse ourselves for choosing this community. When you come to get information about the community they represent theirselves the best apartment building with a lot of facilities and stuff but soon when the snow melts the real face of the 'Westover Gardens' is exposed as the ' Leftover Gardens'.
You will see a big club house with sofas and tv and dvd but do not be very excited it is not for your comfort. That is just for the building manager to get relax. You can never ever use it not even by paying extra money and the wiered thing is that if you tell them that other apartment buildings let their tenants use such facilities they will respond with ... well we dont know about other apartment buildings but we dont give it to anybody.
Pathetic, Absolutely pathetic.
The noise from other apartments is horrible. Even when the people upstairs walk in their apartment you feel as the roof may just fall upon you. This is nothing when our neighbors Flush the toilet we can hear it in our bedroom.
And the behaviour of the staff is a nightmare especially if you want to talk to them about your so called RIGHTS.
There is no contact for the building owner available to the tenants so that they can make a complaint about the staff. The entire community is on the BLESSINGS of the building manager and there is no one that can act upon a complaint against the manager. I am sure that the owner will be getting a report of ALL OK but unfortunately this is not the case. Even the owner never tried to ask people living in LEFTOVER GARDENS for any kind of feed back about the services provided.
In the very near future this place will become a nightmare to live.
We lived here for this long for some legal reasons but now its over. We are leaving and will highly recommend everyone NOT TO COME HERE at any cost.

The name of the company that you can complain to is O.L.P. Management, 8181 Tufts Ave., Denver, CO 80237. Address your complaints to Mary Lou (wouldn't give a last name). Or, you can fax your complaint(sssss) to (303) 220-1984. Or, you can call your complaint in to Mary Lou at (303) 220-1384. However, if you ask the manager at the complex, she simply does not have a supervisor. I had to do my own research. Now you don't have to! And, yes, you guessed it, I've had very similar problems.
