I have lived at Westover for about 6 months. Will I resign' Probably not. Are they bad' Not all that bad. I do have some loud neighbors as well but I have only seen the cops once. The management can be rude at times. They didn't tell us they didn't allow dogs ( probably our mistake for not asking ). And when we tried to get a dog from Denver Dumb Friends league the manager was a little rude when she told me they don't allow dogs. My washer machine broke and it took about 3 days for them to replace it with a very LOUD washer.
For the price and the size of my one bedroom on the corner I can't really complain. The place isn't perfect but it's not bad. I would only recommend this place to someone that was looking for a good priced decent apartment to start out with to be honest.
