The older apartments are very well kept. I have had a few maintenance requests and they were taken care of same day. Neighbors are friendly, several families. Some neighbors are noisy but nothing more than standard apartment living IMO. The only major downside is the lack of a workout/exercise facility on the property and dated kitchen appliances. The rent is dirt cheap for the area and a washer/dryer is included. The management has always been nice and willing to help out. Parking is not a problem. While they aren't perfect they are by far the best option in the price range, if there is something better for this price, let me know.
