I have lived here a year now and I loved it. The staff are great and it's a great community and neighborhood. The one problem I had was maintenance, we called them a few times to fix things which they did immediately but when it hailed and water seeped in,they still haven't come to fix that. this was about 3-6 months ago.
Otherwise, they do increase the rent by $25 and will not reduce it which is why we're moving.
Great place to live. secure, safe..you will find parking at this place and rtd is across the street. 83l that will take you to nine mile or downtown.
oh and you get a good size apt with a BIG bathroom and washer/dryer in unit! you might want to be careful with your gas / electric bill.
