I like this place. My 6 month lease is almost up, and I think I will stay. There are washers and dryers in the unit which I love. Other apt's nearby I know you have to either live without, or rent w/d monthly. They only allow 2 cats and there is a required pet deposit which is half refundable. But there is no pet rent. I've looked at other places nearby, and they require pet deposits and rent. The whole appearance inside and out seems much nicer to me than surrounding complexes. Evertime I've had a maintance problem, it was taken care of quickly and painlessly. I only get one utility bill a month, I think it's trash, electricity, and maybe water. Im not sure, I just know its one bill. Again, when I checked out the surrounding complexes, they had a whole list of bills that the renter was responsible for. I can hear people walking in the room above me, sometimes I think they're constantly rearranging their furniture. I can't hear anything from the rooms to the sides of me, and I can hear whatever is going on outside my front door. For the most part, my neighbors are pretty quiet. So when you sum everything up, I think these apt's are cheaper and much nicer than the other ones near by.
