Westover Gardens

The soundproofing between apartments seems to be pretty solid. That's a plus. Maintenance is does a good job of fixing things..usually. I think the floor plans are nice. They have central air. They come with washer and dryer in the unit, so that's nice because you don't have to rent or buy your own. The only cons I have with this place are that the appliances (including the washer and dryer) are very old and they don't seem very willing to replace them even when they don't work very well. I would estimate that my appliances are from the early 80's; It is also hard to pick up packages if they are delivered to the office because they are closed every Sunday and during the holidays they will close for 4 or 5 days at a time! Their normal office hours are truly about 8:45am-4:45pm on the weekdays and I work that entire time. Saturdays they are open until about 2:30pm, but they often close for lunch or when they are showing an apartment to a prospective resident. Honestly though, other than that, I have been very pleased with these apartments.
