The bad:
Maintenance is slow, inefficient and just do a quick fix, not something that will last.
Staff and management are slow and don't take care of things in a promptly time - always ask to speak with the property manager, otherwise your complaint is never remotely taken care of.
I went 5 days without heat this winter.
There is a dog upstairs that barks of which I've complained several times and nothing has been done about - there are no dogs allowed here.
I hear every single footstep upstairs - the soundproofing they tell you about is not true.
The insulation is very poor in between the windows and doors.
Kitchen is tiny.
Neighbors are not very friendly.
The good:
I have an awesome westward view.
There is lots of parking available.
The hottub is available year-round.
Lots of natural light.
W/D in unit.
Water, trash and sewer are paid for.
Lots of storage space.
The porch is pretty big.
Rent is decent, but amenities are few.
