The previous tenant smoked heavily and when it gets hot, the apartment reeks of cigarette smoke. There were also burn marks on the tub and a few burns in the carpet. I didn't have time to inspect the place before moving in, but they should have changed out a tub with burns on it. Also, you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking, and moving around in his apartment. The laundry room often smells. However, management is very responsive to noise complaints and to maintenance requests - and is very friendly. Free covered parking is rare in Denver.
