Willows at Tamarac was sold to a new owner in February of 2007. I have noticed a change taking place. I have not lived here very long, but was under the old management and now the new, things seem to be going in a better direction. I have had good response from the maintenance staff and the leasing office. Everyone seems friendly and willing to accomodate me. The pool looks great and they are in the process of renovating the office. I'm sure I will be a long time tenant.
