I lived in Woodhaven for far too long. I lived in a garden level 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that I had completly pack up my kitchen and both bathrooms every three months so they could come and spray for cockroaches. That wasn't very convenient since I work a full time job and had two small children. When I complained about this it fell on deaf ears. The maintenance was a nightmare. I had a molded ceiling due to water leaking from an upstairs apartment that was "fixed" by simply painting over the mold.The parking situation was horrible. If you got home around 4:00 every evening and never left your house until the morning, you may have a spot. I think it houses the most ghetto people you can find. I had numerous problems with neighborhood kids and parents. Nemerous parents leave their kids to wander around at all hours of the night. I had my living room window broken by kids playing ball next to my apartment. It stayed broken for several days although I reported it that same day. The windows shook when other apartments opened and closed their front doors.There were two washers and two dryers in the building I lived in that had 18-24 apartments in it. Needless to say, it was seldom available. I had many items stolen from the washer and dryers. When I lived there, we had a self appointed pool monitor that liked to bark at all of the little kids in the pool. Again all of my complaints fell on deaf ears. If you are considering Woodhaven, look elsewhere. Don't give yourself the headache!
