I will tell you this... I almost moved here until I finally caught on... the 4 times that I went in before my move in date each time some one was in the office very mad because they had maintence problems -from plumming to noise problems. The problems where not the issue... the way the staff handled them was the issue. One guy came in and said his toilet could not be used because it keeps over flowing. It was a Friday, they said they would be there on the following Tuesday because it was a holiday weekend. Another man came in and said he called a few weeks ago because his apartment bathroom had flooded and was all over the carpet and they said that the maintence had left for the day but, they would see what they could do about it tomorrow. And on and on... My apartment was not ready for me to move into I had a long list of things that needed to be done... they told me that they would be done a few days after I moved in -do you think I believed them! I had to find a place at the last minute. I should have taken the hint the first time I went into the office. Move here at your own risk.
