(user photo) The laundry room hall, I think they may have cut a hole in the wall and then put a board and painted over it. Also of course mold!! (user photo) The laundry room floor andwalls were they still after three years have not completed the job mold and rotten (user photo) The mold in my daughters bedroom closet from water leaking from somewhere unknown

I've lived here for 9 years and the management has gotten worse and worse each year. they do not return calls when messages are left, they do not repair problems after the first request I have had to call back 2 even three times to get my heater turned on. The worst thing is that it has now been 5 days since our blizzard and they still have not plowed the handicapped spots in the parking lots nor have they shoveled the sidewalks. Pat the manager is extremely rude and does not respond to complaints. don't move here. they are overpriced for the poor service they give here.
