I have lived at woodhaven since 1992 and the quality of tenants is going down fast. Woodhaven Management is renting to more and more illegal immigrants, and as a result you see trash lying around the grounds and parking lot, rancid smells, problems with cockroaches, and vandalism and other criminal behavior. I would not recommend living here if you are a clean, decent, law-abiding American citizen.

For your information Woodhaven is a GREAT place to live. There are no illegal immigrants here and it took me forever to get approved to live here. And I have been happy ever since I moved in!

I think another staff member is trying to make this place sound better again!!! This is funny, drive throught the neighborhood and dont be scared to ask someone who lives there what you think. Walk through the building and not the clean neat models. You will see for yourself. Again listen to what us as residents are actually warning you about and do your own research before signing.
