If you don't care about:

-Noisy tenants

-Repairs that either take over a month from the first request (usually once a week request finally got it done)

-Stupid/rude maintenance

-Rude staff **sometimes**

-Overpriced apartments

-Trashy parking lots

-Bad snow removal techniques

-When very simple requests are made and the maintenance does not come through

-2 washers and dryers per 24 apartments (most are families with lots of clothes)

THEN MOVE HERE!!!!!!! OTHERWISE, DON'T!!!!

Bad snow removal is to say the least, one of the maintance guy with one eye brow drive a big tractor around and bulds a snow mound blocking each car in it parking so unless you own a snow shovel and can dig your car out you are stuck and have to call in even when the roads are not bad which makes you look like a lier telling your job that the employees here plowed a bunch of snow on your car. I am so glad to have left. Everyone take these reviews seriously before signing your lease we are not kidding!!!
