This place is the WORST place i've ever lived in. NEVER live here, they will only try to scam you!! Plus the maintenance NEVER fixed anything on time. We had to wait weeks to get our a/c and/or heat fixed. They lost our rent checks (make sure you have duplicates or get a receipt!!) Plus, you will not get any part of your deposit back, and they are trying to charge us like crazy for bs reasons. It is NOT worth it to live here. Oh, and there was a big tree that hung over our parking spots, where a branch broke off and cracked my roommates windshield and they never fixed it or kept it maintained. The staff are all RUDE people too.

I agree with this person 100% IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. I WOULD RATHER LIVE IN THE STREET THEN LIVE AT WOODHAVEN. THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE FAKE,NASTY,AND RUDE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER.MAINTENANCE IS CRAP THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO FIX NOTHING AS SOON AS THEY "FIX THINGS" THEY BRAKE DOWN A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER. DONT EVER LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People that post "anonymously" are chickens. and don't have the guts to face up to reality about what really happened with them in their apartment. Could the problems perhaps have been caused by you and you don't want to take responsibility for your actions? Because someone tells you what you don't want to hear - the staff is immediately rude? I've lived at Woodhaven for 20 years and I have never had a problem with maintenance. For non-emergency stuff, it may take a while, but the property is very large. If you would rather live on the streets - try it sometime, it's not what it's cracked up to be.

I'm pretty sure murspar works here. If you want to defend a horrible place like this, then go right ahead. This is the worst place to live in. The manager Bob is a complete jerk. I've have cockroaches for 6 months. Sure they've come to spray, but they are cockroaches!! They just don't go away, like that. And murspar, if you like it so much you can come over to my place for dinner and you can see the cockroaches come running to the dinner plate. Good luck in your fantasy world.
