I've recently moved to Woodhaven, and I would say overall that my experience has been mixed. While my experience with the office staff has been overall positive, my experiences with maintenance have left much to be desired. I have waited for a month for someone to check my microwave to ensure that it is safe to use and repeated calls to maintenance are left with "well, the electrician is rarely on the property" to "let me research the work order" to "ummm... I don't know when he's coming next time but I'll put another request in his box". Very flaky inconsistent maintenance staff that can't get things taken care of immediately or make a move to keep residents happy. Nice grounds, good neighbors (I'm in the townhouses), but hope to God you won't have a problem because if you call Lynn in maintenance, not much is going to happen.
