Hello i lived here for a year, and i am so glad my lease just ended. i want to warn you so you know what happens at this place. first of all the said we could have a 6 months lease but when we went to sign papers said they only did 1 year leases. second ask more than one person the questions you have. no one tells the truth. this place does have bugs, the pool, and fitness center close at 6, it takes weeks for mantainince to get to your apartment

First off, if you didn't like a year lease, you shouldn't have signed it. You didn't do any research or get your facts straight before you signed your life away. Researching all the finer point of a lease beforehand is your responsibility. You complain that the fitness center is never open, which is something else you should have researched first, and you didn't.

i live there now and i have bugs. the lady around the corner was telling me the the apartment next to hers flooded and they didn't even care that it flooded into her apartment. it was moldy and smelled so bad! i agree with the man above it is a horrible place to live i can't wait for my lease to be up!

Before I renew my lease I'm wondering if the townhomes are worth the money? Has anyone had trouble renewing their lease? Will they keep your deposit if you lost a nob on the closet door? (probably) Would they roll you current dpst ovr to your renewed lease or do you have to start all over again with a new dpst? Not that I want to stay here another year but just wondering if anyone knows?

No one said that the fitness center was never open. They said that it closed at 6. Which I agree is too early. I don't get home from work until 5, like a lot of ppl and it is a huge inconvience to try and get there before 6 and have a good workout. And yeah, they should have not signed the lease if they agreed on a 6 month lease and it turned out that it was a year but when you're put in that position, it's hard to say how you feel. I also live there and my lease is up in September and I CANNOT wait to get out!!!!!!! I'm counting the days!

Hey, I like this place. I talked with so many of my neighbors who complains that i found rediculous and stupid We are holding same letters from the management for the renewals and he can't understand a thing. I can understand how companies work and I don't see any issues but my neighbor he manages to find something that is not in there. Bugs yes it is here but common if you don't care of the place you live in it doesn't matter where you live it will be the same! BE CLEAN AND SMART TO TAKE CARE YOURSELF and PLACE YOU LIVE MAN

Wow, I thought I was going thru hell with forrest hill apartment ( i am) I actually contacted woodhaven because they looked nice fromt he highway... Each time I called I was given very conflicting informaiton about the specials offered.... Im going to go take a look at them to day mainly because people only post the negative stuff on these cites at the same time all the complaints that I see are all w/n the same time from so I figure somebody has to be telling the truth!!!
