Woodhaven apts is a place that has not ben kept up to date. I think whoever owns this place needs to get real and clean it up. There are Roach infestations, bed bugs, and people that definitely need to be kicked out. If management wants to fix this place what needs to be done is a detailed remodel.Get rid of the people who want to defce property and have criminal backrounds. Get rid of the people who think its ok to have bug infestations. I believe there should be mandatory inspections dne to find out whats going on around here and the people who have trashd their apts hrw them out!. Then up the rent to keep people like this out, pay you employees what they deserve....offer incentives to boost team morale!And began the rehabilitation process. t seems to me that the ball has been dropped somewhere, whether its the owners of this complex or management somewhere things have not been getting taken care of. There are alot of children here and its really disturbing to see what goes on here. This apt complex could be nice if Management stepped it up and started caring about the type of people the allow to rent here.

I totally agree! but i also would have to beg to differ i believe there needs to be a whole new management and staff.. the staff is rude and doesn't care and in turn makes the difference!! there was someone dealing drugs right in front of the office one day and i can't believe they wouldn't stop that! and the kids need to be put undercontrol! this whole place is horrible!! please do not move in her

The kids in this complex lack discipline and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. All you have to do is to take a look at some of the parents. Woodhaven works to make their housing accessible to a larger group of people by allowing people with bad credit to rent here, but bad credit shows lack of responsibility, and that shows when you look at how some people take care of their environments. I mean for example, my next door neighbor has had garbage bags sitting on their front porch for months. Now mind you -- this is in the public area, where anybody can see it!! Nasty!! Front office staff -- ummm.. Yeah, they're not the most welcoming people I've ever dealt with in an apartment complex. I have lived in some apartment complexes with absolutely lovely staff and management, and this one is very much on the low part of the scale. Don't expect maintenance to do anything.. unless you start sending emails to the management and complaining. Totally unaccessible management. You have no idea if the manager of the complex is here or not, and even if they are, the front office screens out the calls so you can't talk to them.
