Used to be good - The complex is called 300 east seventeenth now. It used to be place where you could live in DT denver and not pay a lot. It's all different now. New management is great!!!! I moved in about 4 months ago right before Blueine bought this property and I was a little nervous because of all the comments on here, but this place has done a complete 180 since the new managers. The office staff is always available and happy to help you.

I liked it Lived at Moana in 2009. I liked the balconies, large pool, rec center, and covered parking. The staff was always nice to me. The units could be updated a little but for the price, it was a great apt. Very, very clean.

Since New Management I have to say since the new management took over I have seen a huge improvement. Customer service has really gone up and the general look of the complex has drastically improved. I've lived here for a couple of years now and I now would recommend it to my friends. Keep up
