Premier Lofts

2200 Market Street, Denver, CO 80205

05/15/14 by anonymous: Premier lofts is the best place to live. The management is the best and is always there to help. The apartment events are the best! I love premier, no downside! more

Highline on Cherry Creek

8252 East Harvard Avenue, Denver, CO 80231

08/19/14 by Verified Resident: His community is awesome! Great amenities, great staff. What more could you want in an apartment? We've lived in lots of apartments all over the country and this is by far the best! Our dryer broke the other day and the day I placed the request, they came to look at it, determined it needed to be replaced and gave us a brand new one. It had the plastic on it still and the instruction manuals. more

One City Block

444 East. 19th Avenue, Denver, CO 80203

08/20/14 by Verified Resident: One City Block is a great community. The neighborhood of Uptown is casual and friendly. The only downfall is that staff does not enforce certain rules to the tenents breaking them. Instead, they make additional restrictions to the entire community. more

1600 Glenarm Place

1600 Glenarm Place, Denver, CO 80202

08/01/14 by Verified Resident: Glenarm Place is a special Residential Apartment Community. The building not only boasts a superior and upscale level of quality andamenities, but the entire staff is overly accommodating, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Glenarm Place as a place you can really call home. more

08/13/14 by Verified Resident: The smallest one bedroom has plenty of space and storage for a couple. The walk-in closet off the bathroom is a great touch. The kitchen is modern and cool do decorate. The living room is spacious. We decided to us our nice patio furniture on the deck and use bar stools at the counter. And use dinning room area for more living room space. more

825 Dahlia

825 Dahlia Street, Denver, CO 80220

07/28/14 by Verified Resident: So far, everyone I've run into in the complex are very nice, door-holding types of people. It seems to be a younger crowd, maybe mid-20's to mid-thirties. There's a very positive vibe here, and the staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. more

The Seasons of Cherry Creek

3498 E Ellsworth Ave, Denver, CO 80209

08/04/14 by anonymous: I lived here for 4 months and can't say that I liked it. It is for a much older crowd, although they are very nice usually. The staff does not take the noise complaints seriously. One man in particular loves to blair his music and does so on a repeated basis. It is a nice location, but like I said it is for the 60+ years crowd. The apartments are nice, but you can hear everyones conversations more

Asbury Plaza Apartments

5170 E Asbury Ave, Denver, CO 80222

05/31/14 by anonymous: Horrible place to live! The neighbors are noisy, you can hear their music and TV at all hours, they stomp all the time. The base board heaters don't work and just make noise. The air conditioners freeze over so you can only have them on for about 30 minutes. The lights flicker constantly. Management, Fred says one thing and does another. The walls are incredibly thin, you can even hear other more

Whisper Sky Apartments

1752 South Parker Road, Denver, CO 80247

06/02/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Whisper Sky for over a year now. I love it here. The property is beautiful and the staff is awesome. Any request for anything is always promptly responded to. I've never been told "no" when I've asked for maintenance and the one time a maintenance guy wasn't available, one of the office staff came over to check on the issue. more

M2 Apartments

4560 South Balsam Way, Denver, CO 80123

08/19/14 by anonymous: I think the apartments are pretty good. My apt layout suits my family well. Some of the appliances and flooring could have been of better quality. Maintenance is awesome, as are the office staff. They really try to work to solve issues. As for the recent post about maintenance, recently I was with my dog at the bark park and there was a guy talking about the maintenance guy being a thief. I find more
