Used to be good - The complex is called 300 east seventeenth now. It used to be place where you could live in DT denver and not pay a lot. It's all different now. Remodeled rooms cost a lot and lack comfort in comparison to peers. You can also hear remodeling noise in the appartment nearby. Management will nickel and dime you everytime they can.
