Very Nice Apts - I've been living at the Covington for almost 7 months now and really do enjoy it here. The apartments are very nice and modern. Apartment stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the location not the nicest neighborhood but certainly not the worst either. noisy You can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing (sounds like they are bowling above me).
When I turn my heat on or if my neighbors turn the heat on you can hear the banging of the pipes in the walls. I do not sleep in the winter due to the loud noises from the heating pipes.
