Used to be good - The complex is called 300 east seventeenth now. It used to be place where you could live in DT denver and not pay a lot. It's all different now. The Managers are Wonderful!!! I completely disagree with both of your complaints. I have lived in the Korsakov apartments for two years now and both of your statements could not be farther from the truth.
The pool is kept at a nice temperature and I often found people swimming.
