M2 Apartments

4560 South Balsam Way, Denver, CO 80123

03/31/14 by I have lived in a few other apartment communities, a couple that were pretty good and more than a few that I felt like I was trapped in a lease that would never end. I am very happy living in the M2 Apartment community. The staff here is courteous, friendly, and very quick to meet any needs and/or requests of the residents. Things are set up well here. Not just the amenities, more

05/15/14 by anonymous: Premier lofts is the best place to live. The management is the best and is always there to help. The apartment events are the best! I love premier, no downside! more

One City Block

444 East. 19th Avenue, Denver, CO 80203

07/23/14 by Verified Resident: I've lived in five different apartment communities in Denver and rented for 10 years in NYC. I've been at One City Block for almost ten months, and it is easily in the bottom three I've ever experienced. The neighborhood is great. The building looks really nice. They spent a fortune on the main entry. But it's just polish. The apartments are terribly designed. From awkward lighting more

1600 Glenarm Place

1600 Glenarm Place, Denver, CO 80202

07/23/14 by Verified Resident: I love my apartment building. The staff is outstanding. I feel safe, centrally located, and living is easy. My apartment and my building are a joy to come home to. Having a great gym in the building is extremely convenient and one of the primary benefits for me. more

Highline on Cherry Creek

8252 East Harvard Avenue, Denver, CO 80231

07/09/14 by Verified Resident: It's been great. Good amenities with good rental rates. Apartments themselves are in great condition. My only complaints are with the garbage disposal and dish washing machine which to seem to be of lesser quality and aging. Young children also seem to run around in packs without being monitored by parents which I actually enjoy, but I know bothers other tenants without children. more

07/21/14 by Verified Resident: I am a new resident, but am pleased with the community thus far. They have been welcoming and accommodating throughout our move-in process. We did do some extensive cleaning when receiving the apartment, as it wasn't quite up to our standards. However, the front office was apologetic and was prompt in addressing out concerns. more

The Seasons of Cherry Creek

3498 E Ellsworth Ave, Denver, CO 80209

07/01/14 by anonymous: I love living at The Seasons, it's so convenient. The concierge staff is amazing and they are so helpful. They have helped me do everything from coordinate maintenance to move a table in my living room. The maintenance staff is also wonderful- quick and thorough. There are always pros and cons to living in apartments that require sharing space but RedPeak does a great job of taking care of more

Asbury Plaza Apartments

5170 E Asbury Ave, Denver, CO 80222

05/31/14 by anonymous: Horrible place to live! The neighbors are noisy, you can hear their music and TV at all hours, they stomp all the time. The base board heaters don't work and just make noise. The air conditioners freeze over so you can only have them on for about 30 minutes. The lights flicker constantly. Management, Fred says one thing and does another. The walls are incredibly thin, you can even hear other more

Whisper Sky Apartments

1752 South Parker Road, Denver, CO 80247

06/02/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Whisper Sky for over a year now. I love it here. The property is beautiful and the staff is awesome. Any request for anything is always promptly responded to. I've never been told "no" when I've asked for maintenance and the one time a maintenance guy wasn't available, one of the office staff came over to check on the issue. more

Woodstream Village

10150 East Harvard Avenue, Denver, CO 80231

07/14/14 by anonymous: I had to move, it had to happen soon. I was young, didn't have a fortune to my name and needed a place that would take me and my dogs. I found woodstream village. On my tour I was impressed at the space of the apartments for what I was going to pay, the neighbourhood seemed friendly enough. I moved in the week after I signed my lease. The goose problem at this place is near intolerable. more
