The apartment meets the needs of college students. It's very close to Fort Lewis College (walking distance) which is convient. The apartments are not pristene, but they serve their purpose well and are not dirty. They are somewhat worn, but the management is fair about normal wear and tear. Jack- the manager- is really a nice guy. If you are nice a friendly twoards him, he will be nice to you. Bring your rent into the office and get to know the staff alittle bit and you will never have a problem with them. Down side--rent is high.
