I don t agree with the last comment. Although they rent to college age students (they are across the street from the college for God Sake) it is for the most part pretty quiet. I am a professional and several of my professional friends live at Hillcrest also. If I have ever had a complaint, management has been quick to respond to the situation. The amount of snow the area received the last two seasons was tremendous and I saw plows and snow shovelers out every day cleaning up. They even posted signs for residents to move their vehicles so they could remove more snow from the parking areas. It was no different then any place else around the county! I shopped for weeks looking for a decent apartment to live in and Hillcrest was by far the nicest anywhere around! If you are looking for high quality living than I dare you to research Hillcrest, you won t be sorry.

I agree, the property is always very well maintained. If there is a problem managment is all over it!
