Good while you're there

The community is lovely and the maintenance staff is quite responsive. The office staff seems too busy to attend to the needs of the tenants as well as they should. My only serious problem came after I moved out. After three and a half months, half a dozen phone calls, and several promises, I have yet to receive my deposit back. Also, the security doors are often out of order.
