This place was not bad, but shortly befor I moved out a new manager started and she is an idiot. They rented my aprtment to someone else before I even moved out, then acted like it was my fault, even though I told them when I was leaving months before. I just refused to leave. Laso like most complexes they try to rip you off with "cleaning fees" when you leave. Except this place won't do a walk through with you when you move out, making it easier to bill you whatever they want. I also question the security since the doors are often unlocked and broken. Also had several other problems related to their staff. They usually would eventually correct them, but it did require significant time on my part to get things corrected. As far as parking, don't bother with the reserved spots, since other residents park in them, and staff does nothing about this. either get a garage or just park in the lot
