My roommate and I were refered to Alexan by a friend who has had a great experience with TCRS. We had exceptional service when we signed the lease and was given the best offer on the size of apartment. The apartment was in great condition (carpet walls appliances) Leasing office service has been satisfactory. We have been here about 3 months and all security doors have been working proplerly, we have had no trouble with parking or party noise. We have had no maitnence problmes either. The location is great and there is everything you need close by even the light rail which is a great way to get downtown.
Over all we have been very very please with our experience so far and will refer more friends here.
