First things first. The manager is one of the most shallow people you will ever come across. And everything about the girl is artificial! (Fake breast, fake stomach, fake hair color, fake nails, fake attitude!)
Take any problem about this apartment community to her attention and nothing gets better! The staff is rude and trys to act just like the manager. Believe me when I say there's some problems with whoever hired this staff! All but the housekeeper should be replaced. Move to a place where the people do matter. And you don't have a fire alarm waking you up and all hours of the night.
