For the rent the place should be much better. Ever since management changed they gave up on cleaning up the building at all. Instead they waste money on stupid things like fake plants in the hallway and poker nights. Also they're waffling with the way they enforce the lease. They enforce some things, ignore others, and make up rules as they go which legally they can't enforce.

The problem is also the residents. They let their dogs urinate anywhere and everywhere. People will leave their trash bags infront of the garbage chute but won't bother to actually toss it down. All noise issues could be solved if people used some common sense.

People saying that this apartment is the worst ever are over reacting though. I've lived in some ---- holes and this place is nowhere near that level. I like the layout of my apartment, the walls and floors are thicker than other apartments I've lived in. Maintenance is actually great. Our refrigerator died and they came out on a Sunday ASAP with a replacement. I've never felt threatened or unsafe here.

But yeah, the rent is more than the monthly payments of a mortgage on a decently priced house. :(

Only someone who works there would call it Phase II. People who live there dont know what the ---- that means. I live there and dont know what phase II means!
