OK, but not worth the hassle

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Problems:
1. Cheap construction means I can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways and from my neighbors (I can sing along to their music, know when they flush toilet, know when they walk from living room to bedroom, etc.)
2. Parking is horrible. If you aren't in for the night by 7 or 8 pm, you won't find a parking space (in Phase I). Better yet, you can make your own parking space and your car will be towed and then you can pay $140 to get it out.
3. Staff can be slow responding to your requests or questions.
4. Little grassy space for dogs.
5. Maintenance was slow/lazy two of the three times I called (except for the supervisor, who is friendly, helpful, and responsive)
6. 3 prank and 2 mistaken fire alarm pulls since I moved in Fall 2005
