DON'T MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved in here expecting way too much I guess. To start off, the staff is horrible. When first moving in they were great but when I had a problem they were horrible. They falsely accused my dog of defecating in the hallway and when we threatened to sue them since they had no proof, they dropped the charge. Dogs do go to the bathroom in the hall constantly but they have no right pointing fingers. Then they lied saying my boyfriend signed something saying our dog did it! We had proof (gas receipts) that we were out of town when this alleged note was received. Also when I first moved in we asked for an apartment that had never had a cat live in since I am deathly allergic to them and suffer from severe asthma. However I have has constant asthma attacks and horrible allergies. I have lived in Colorado all my life and have lived in several apartment complexes, but this is the first time I have suffered asthma and allergies like this. We wanted to switch apartments but they were very unhelpful (why help people who are already paying you') And they said it would cost $500 to switch! The staff consists of people in their mid-thirties with attitude and ego problems. They were snotty from the second I moved in and have continued to be rude every time I see them! The only people here who get along with them are people their age who are as stuck up as they are.
Although I understand noise is a problem wherever you go, it is excessive here! I can hear people walking down the hall, neighbors showering and talking. The heaters and AC are so loud that you have to literally turn up your tv to hear. 3 out of the 5 doors don??t latch, the water here tastes like it isn??t purified! I don??t know if It is just my apartment, but we have to buy water because the water in the faucets make us sick. The trash bins are too small for how many people live here and there is constantly trash EVERYWHERE! I have had many things break and have had to call several times to get someone in here.
To park here they have a garage for the people in building 901. We all receive a sticker to place on the back of our vehicle, yet I received a parking ticket when my sticker was very visible. I had to appeal it and they office staff didn??t try to help or even care for that matter. They do have monthly events but these events are only for the only crowd who are over 21. They have wine tasting and parties at the purple martini. Why can??t they have events for kids' I??m sure many people enjoy these other parties but it seems like they could do more for EVERYONE!
You pay way too much to live here. I understand we are close to the lite rail and some eating places and shopping, but it??s ridiculous. When I first saw my apartment I was under the impression I would be paying $300 less then I am actually paying!
I am literally counting down the days until I get to move out! ALL IN ALL, IT??S NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
