Sure the rent is pricey here but at least you can save some money by not having to buy an alarm clock. Of course the nightly fire alarms are a poor substitute and don't really match up with most of our sleep/wake cycles! This was hands down the most annoying part of my residency at this community, and all of the reviews should leave little doubt it really is a problem. Aside from that, my experiences with maintenance and office staff was generally positive.
