During my tenure at the Alexan City Center my wife's car got broken into, my car's windshield got cracked, the fire alarm went off at least 5-6 times in the middle of the night, our wreath got stolen, one $200 package was lost by the staff, and another package (an anniversary gift) was stolen from the mail lock box (the lock box was broken).

Also, the place is noisy with loud music being played at all hours of the night. It basically has the atmosphere of a college dormatory except at $1,000 a month....which was cool when I was 18, but not in my mid 20's with a "real job". The only redeeeming quality is its convenientantly located by numerous food establishments and the light rail. Also, the staff doesn't seem to care about complaints, they seem more interested in partying with the numerous college students who live there. Do yourself a favor and please live elsewhere.

I can't believe the owners promoted Amber to a regional manager. She was a terrible manager while there. I don't know who slept witb more of the guys on the property her or David. Maybe she is sleeping with the owners too.
