Don t even think of living here. If it didn t cost an arm and a leg to get out of my lease I would have been gone within the first two months. The apartment and surrounding areas seemed quite nice and clean during my walk through visit. However when I moved in the place was a mess, my exact apartment was not as described and the staff is HORRIBLE. I can live with hearing my neighbor s phone conversations, the dogs barking all day & night in the hall ways but the staff is unbearable. They don t return phone calls, the hallways are filled with trash & dog feces, the garden area is filled with dog feces and bags because the trash bags are so full there is no where else for them to go outside of the ground (small trash bins are empted once a week- maybe) and don t even try calling to complain because they will blame it on you- even if you don t have a dog! I have also received several (4 to be exact) notes on my door stating that I have either not paid my rent in full, not paid for storage, etc. Each time I have had to go down to the office (within 72 hrs or else .) and show my bank statement in comparison with the bill sent to me to prove my innocence. They apologize but do nothing about the time and headache caused by their inability to do their simple job. Honestly, this is the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment.
