The grounds are a pissing spot for dogs and strewn with cigarettes, beer cans, condoms (used), and skater taggings (skateboarders) that are spraypainted or burned in. The manager is the most disorganized, rude, unprofessional and nasty person I've come across. Maintenance never comes to fix your stuff and some of the work is being done by illegal immigrants. Even if I was back in college I wouldn't want to live here...if you like drug dealers, car theft, gang bangers, bass expanders in cars, crack and crystal meth than this is the place for you.
