I just re-signed another year lease. I must say that I was surprised to read the negative comments about the Alexan. I love living here and really have nothing negative to say.
The management is wonderful and very helpful. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and are more then willing to help with anything. I was just recently in a bind and the assistance the manager provided was above and beyond.
The Maintenance rocks! If I ever have a minor problem there were up at my apartment that day and fixed the problem.
The grounds always look pretty nice. If they are ever dirty it s because people don't clean up after their selves and expect people to clean up after them. Sometimes the pool in the summer gets dirty, but it s because there are always a lot of people in the pool.
I would recommend this place.
