When I moved in here, I was ecstatic. The owner seemed great, the place had been renovated and had new appliance, everything seemed perfect.....

Be warned people, the owner, Vince Yoder is a liar! He told us they walls were "sound and concrete." Not only do I hear my next door neighbors dogs, and even my neighbor three doors down who like to sing when she gets ready, but I can hear my neighbors having sex. There has been nothing but construction since we moved in. And they don't extend the courtesy of quiet hours sometimes. I have heard banging on the steps or construction on the floors above me as late as 10 o'clock at night. The renovations have been poor. My wood laminate floor is curling in many areas and I have stubbed my toe numerous times. The tile in my kitchen has fallen off, my brand new dishwasher has broken 3 times, the lighting in my bathroom stopped working due to some wiring issue, my door to my bedroom doesn't even shut all the way, and did I forget to mention that I have had to screw on my door knobs because they keep falling off'''' Need I continue' Oh and lets not forget the paper thin windows that my wonderful landlord promised me in March! March!!!! It's the middle of May and I still don't have my windows. Thru the winter, I had to keep my heat at 80 degrees trying to keep my apartment warm...why you ask'''' Well the windows are paperthin and original to the building. There is a horrible draft that rips thru my apartment. It's awesome!

Oh, and if you are concerned about saftey, well then be concerned. My neighbor found two people sleeping in the lobby a couple weeks ago. The owner locks the building at night now, but it can be a concern. And sometimes people sit on the back steps in the ajoining lot, and holler at me when I go to my or to the trash.

So bottom line, DON'T EVER RENT HERE. THE PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!!!!!!

This place SUCKS!!!!!

I second this entire review. I have lived in Aspen Creek since Nov. 07 and everything is exactly how this person puts it. Dogs, babies, singers, and swingers, you can hear them all here. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can get the hell outta here. Do yourself a favor and pass right on by Aspen Creek in your apartment hunt.
