We have lived her for 13 months and we signed a 2 year lease when we moved in. The place is AWESOME as it had new laminate floors and appliances when we moved in. The only problem that we have experienced is the construction noise. Now, after over a year, the place has really improved with new halls (carpet, paint, lighting) laundry room, and even security cameras. We are really happy with our place as it is now very quiet, secure, and the managers really takecare ofthe property. they have even starteda rosebush garden out in the back! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a great location anda safe friendly community.

After reading some of the past evaluations, we felt that we needed to spek up for Dr. Yoder and his property. Bad things happen when good people do nothing. So in our eyes, this place has continually gotten better with time.

I have to say this review is obviously from the owner...who else would call him "Dr. Yoder"? I just have to say be sure to read all the reviews and comments carefully. I think it is obvious people do not feel comfortable complaining to the owner or management for a reason...why else would there be so many complaints on this sight? Do yourself a favor and tell as many people as possible about Aspen Creek and how terrible it is.

I agree. The "management" at Aspen Creek is terrible. That goes for Dr. Yoder's other place, Aspen Leaf. Dr. Vincent Yoder is one of the worst people imaginable on this planet, NO JOKE. I wouldn't piss on him if he were on fire.
