Building are cheap Maintenance going down hill

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Last year I would have recommended Brookside Village. However lately I've had too many maintenance problems and have had to wait extremely too long to get them fix, if they even bother to fix them. The fixtures and appliances are cheap.
The only convenance is the attached garage. But for the price it's not worth it. I'll be moving out when my lease runs out this year (2008).
