I guarantee you that if you could somehow poll the most recent residents of this place they would rank this as one of the worst places for the money. I agree there are worse places but to spend 1,350 per month for a very small shabby place, not to mention the hidden costs and inconviences that cost $, you'd be better off looking a bit farther from the tech center.

Personally, I would suggest that anyone who looks at the "model" of this place, should ask to see the actual apartment they would be renting. There are a number of people here that have had to fight to get what they thought they were getting...please, ask for a guarantee to get what you see. I assure you they will not accomodate you! The model is nice but nothing like you'll get!!!

My experience here has been bad. The apt. is old and has low quality appliances and fixtures. Maintenance and management in general is poor here and traffic is bad...in the mornings and afternoons it is HORRIBLE...even if you work 5 miles from the place like I do - (30 min. avg.- I swear!!!) Rush-hour is a beast here and this place is NOT a great advantage.

The turnover here is tremendous, I have seen many neighbors come and go and have heard the same thing over and over again. This is a bad place...

If you find people complaining/protesting at the entrance to the complex, take them seriously. When the weather is tolerable, they are present.

OH!!! So this apartment complex is the reason for rush hour traffic??? Weird! I have an idea! Since it is so apparent that you are just a manic depressed moron, who has to stick blame on an apartment complex for every possible thing that goes wrong in your life??? ie??? my coffee spilled, Brookside Village???s fault! My dog died, Brookside Village???s fault! My wife left me because of Brookside Village! I lost my job, and it???s all their fault! Why don???t buy your own home, since you seem to be such an expert on the landlord subject! Or better yet, move to a remote island, where there is no rush hour, and you can unload all of your negative energy on to yourself, rather then ruining other peoples day!
