The company I work for put me up here for a couple months. First I would like to say the finishes in the room itself are as cheap as they come. The place is falling apart the veneers on the counters are peeling off in all the rooms. The premium price for a ---- hole can be over looked but my fire alarm hung from the ceiling for a month, thanks for keeping me safe maitenance I can tell you care. Parking is NOT even close to sufficient unles you drive a one seat Flintson mobile, and the city of Greenwood will tow your car if you park along the curb inside the complex. Don't expect help from management, in case their incompetence wasn't enough they are rude to boot once they have your name on a contract. Bottom line is spending a night sleeping on the streets would be less frustrating and degrading than having to deal with any one associated with Brookside Village!!!

Take these ratings with a grain of salt. I doubt this person lived at Brookside Village because if you know the community this doesn't make sense. They have one and two car attached garages and driveways for extra parkings so unless you have more than 2-4 cars I don't know how the parking can be considered insufficient. They also have 3 full time maintenance men, 4 office staff, and are open 7 days a week. How many communities can offer the same thing?
