I live in Brookside Village and I happen to love it here. my wife and I are very pleased with everything. the management is very understanding and willing to help if there is a need. the property was recently sold so I hope the new owners are as good as the last ones. they let you live and help you if necessary. we're not really needy so I guess we don't see the other problems everyone else does. if we could buy our unit, we'd LOVE TO!

only issue, people that live here have no respect for the property. they're lazy and pile their trash up outside the dumpster. but it picks up Mon, Wed, and Fri, so it's not there long. but the weekends can get a little dirty...
