Camden has been good so far. We have been here for close to 5 months and typically have to say that it has been a positive experience.
Some things could need some work, like cleaning of walk ways, for some reason they are huge stains everywhere and this looks ugly ! I feel that they are a little strapped with employees couple of maintenance guys only, but both of them are extremely active and courteous ! Troy and Mario good job !
Some neighbors have been a pain, but you get elements and you have to live with it. This was reported to management and they have informed us that the neighbors have been served a notice and will be out of here hopefully soon !
Management is friendly and always are ready to help ! Basic amenities like the GYM, POOL are clean.
