Living here for over two years now with the only complaints being the upstairs neighbors stomping around like cows with ADD. The place has changed some since I moved in. Used to be better(mostly professionals) when I first got here before the hillbillies started to lose their homes to foreclosure. The apartments are o.k. especially the one's with attached garages. Apartment staff are always friendly and helpful. The only problem I encounter is the outrageous renewal rates that they want every year and that they make you buy cable service from them. Seems that Camden wants to squeeze people for every nickel they can. The pool, spa, and gym are nice. Landscaping and layout are nice. I hate the speed bumps though. They have way too many for the size of the community. Seems like every 50 feet or so.
